You can request deletion of your AllowBox account and the personal data associated with it at any time. We process every request within 30 days and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, role)
- Your messages, support tickets, and uploads (homework, photos, documents)
- Notifications, sessions, and activity history tied to your account
What we may retain (as required by law)
- Tax-related fee invoices (retained up to 7 years per Indian tax law)
- Audit logs needed for fraud investigation or legal requests
- Backup snapshots, which are purged on a 30-day rolling window
If you are a parent or student, your school administrator may also need to archive academic records (attendance, marks) under their own retention policy. We will coordinate with the school where required.
